ran a couple test this morning, not conclusive because I can't move around marchs until King of Hill is over but i saw initial 6.8% increase in wounded/kill rates with lvl 7 Dylan over the hero he was resonated with, non limitless

P11++ + resonating heroes= screwed path of water... Net result, can only have win if facing farm (or bots)... Sad fluffy cat here...

I recomend to all new players in newer states to pick up this guy and just res him with sarge,wildernes progress is guaranteed. Altho hes worst hunter hero for explorer battles i ever saw....lack of range is unbelievably stupid considering his class.

I like when you say that it doesn't make any sense to make Dylan stronger than limitless gen 3. Clearly You forgot who we are dealing with here.

how about us players in states that still do not yet have the limitedless heros? Gen 12 is our current hero gen.

It is crazy people spent money on Aoi, now Dylan show up and possible be Dylan> Aoi> Mikoto. Why they don't want to make Mikoto and Aoi limitless, and increase power of them, than release new one. Some players have Mikoto, Wacko, Cloe lvl 4 and they will be useless in limitless gen. No tricks no strategy how you can beat stronger player with special heroes team. In events they giving just wacho, mikoto, cloe. They don't giving enough resonate heroes fragments, so how f2p reach Oly lvl 7 ? To reach lvl 4 is hard because not enough resonate fragments giving. I think soon they release new rider resonate hero. In my imagine would be best if you can increase these heroes stats like we doing with monkey or rex, other way SOS again will release new hunter hero after some time and will be new>Dylan>Aoi>Mikoto. ;D SOS must think about that how to make that old resonate heroes be effective in limitless states too.

State 636 here, we dont even have limitless heroes yet and this Dylan is available...

Not all 1-600 states have limitless. At least 547+ are still on gen 12th
