Yeah 90% of the time I'm on my level 20 chocobo, she has saved my life countless times! My number two is either my Magitek Armor (FFVI is my second favorite FF behind FFIV) and my Fat Cat!

1:04:11 Im with happy on this one, Chocobos are the best boys, a lot of people farm for bardings and spend a lot of gil on those. A lot of people spend time changing color on their "chickens" and a lot of gil as well. You name them, they are your partner, you train them as your companion, you summon them to help you in the open areas and raise their level and skills. So much work is done around your chocos that it makes sense that is one of the most used mounts out there. And its never dated, when there is a new barding its back again. Other mounts you get bored or get new ones and replace the old ones. Chocobo is the same mount, you just replace the barding. Stop hating them Sly!

I've been watching a lot of 1.x videos and it's crazy it took ten years for the actual dream of making the graphics this good to come about, both with the game running smooth and people's setups being able to run it!

1:00:00 it has to be, you can only count those cutscenes as they make more sense to have on auto scroll, specially if they are voiced. Not everyone reads at the same pace. For slow readers the cutscenes that arent voiced would be longer

When Happy mentioned people playing on Windows XP with a 970 I chuckled because I used to play on a Win 7 machine with a 970 but had to stop when the game dropped support last year so I switched to playing on my PS5 until THIS YEAR when I finally got a new computer with a 4080.

I guess I got lucky with my Hydaelyn and Zodiark statue. Cause mine arrived in one piece. I can’t really see how it’d even break tbh when it’s like a rubbery plastic on the pieces I’m seeing people post being broken. Like, I’d have to really apply force to it for it to break. I can’t see it breaking in the package it comes in that practically suspends it like most figures. Unless the box is stepped on and crushed.

Woah sly, the Chocobo is the only mount that you can season. The rest have no season. I will not listen to this hate of our most dedicated companion.

I use my chocobo mount 95% of the time.

Their recommended PC requirements are BS. I ran the benchmark with most of the settings on max with a 1080 ti and a 6700k and still hit very high settings with a 11k+ benchmark score. The graphics update really isn't that different judging soley off of the benchmark in my opinion.

i'm a dragoon and im not hyped for that skill animation. it doesnt look bad, but not really perfect, a bit weird... and we already have a niddhog skill... why not a hreasvelgr skill? we used his eye, that wouldnt be unreasonable

Speak for yourself when you say “everyone loved Emmet”. I give him a 7/10 at best. His whole existence completely ruined the Garlean Empire AND the Allag Empire for me. If he wasn’t at least mildly entertaining during the events of ShadowBringers I would have him at a 5/10 and thats being generous. Im just glad we are done with them and hopefully the next villains don’t retcon the entire universe again.
