Chuck's biggest thing is people getting along with one another and living well together. That, IMO, is Chuck's #1 priority in politics/society and Trump is the complete opposite of that. Trump's leadership style is polarizing, whether Trump likes it or not, whether he intended for it or not, 1/3 of the country loves the guy, 1/3 hates the guy, 1/3 only likes him if he produces results (conditional love). Trump's leadership style is the stuff of a dysfunctional family (pick your Mom and hate your Dad or pick your Dad and hate your Mom. If you can't or don't want to choose, you're not welcome, go be off to figure it out on your own). For Trump supporters: Trump is probably a smart enough man to figure out solutions for the results he wants. Why hasn't he figured this out? It's one of two reasons: it's not in his core value system, he just doesn't care for it OR he's too self-absorbed and psychologically dysfunctional to realize this is even a thing.

Chuck wants unity, for people to get along, like each other, live well together, and work alongside one another. Trump, whether he intended for it or not, creates a society in which 1/3 loves him, 1/3 hates him, and 1/3 only likes him if he produces results for their specific situations (conditional love). It's the stuff of dysfunctional families. And despite the dysfunctionality, Trump either doesn't see it as a problem (even though it is) or he just doesn't value it highly (the opposite of Chuck's value system...and it's impossible to vote for someone that has polar opposite human values).
