General, don't be disengenious. You know full well UNIFIL are a peace keeping force and not an enforcing force. They are only there to monitor and negotiate between the factions. If Hezbollah are to be disarmed and forced back, the Lebanese Government will have to request a new mandate and a much stronger, and better armed force will need to be brought in.
