Acquiring a stock is easy, but buying the right stock without a time-tested strategy is incredibly hard. Hence what are the best stocks to buy now or put on a watchlist? I’ve been trying to grow my portfolio of $160K for some time now, but my major challenge is not knowing the best entry and exit strategies. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.

Keeping track of the cash flows of a business is the most interesting part of the finances in my opinion.

Really helpful. Also profits on disposals, interim dividends need to be factored in, share issues and adjusting events too. They get messy!

In the example u have used the T accounts to calculate now wat if there is a row on the Balance sheet that contains dividends payable for 2011 and 2012. How do u incorporate the figure u calculated from the T accounts and the figure from dividends payable row

if dividend was not paid it woud be. R/E+NI= 130 but since dividend was paid ending R/E we have is 35.

I am confused on my balance sheet it says retained earnings 2020 is 270, retained earnings 2019 is 179, net earnings (loss)/ net Income 2020- 114, net earnings (loss)/ net Income 2019 -203. How do I calculate that information to find the dividend?

retained earnings as of 12/31/2019 + net income for 2020 - dividends for 2020 = retained earnings as of 12/31/2020

@sumankhadka9781 Год назад
