Sorry alarm bells always ring when they won’t put prices on, iv looked into owning a static on a few occasions lately and come quickly to the conclusion you’d have to be mad or just have money to burn, my advice to anyone purchasing either on holiday site or residential, make sure you check every detail of the agreements, check fully costs especially the comments buried in the small print about re sale sub let’s, all will involve you paying the park even more money, in fact I will guarantee the only people that make money is the park/ site owners, on looking into one contract that thankfully I got my solicitor to look at I was left with no doubt it was a minefield.

What else one need? This is much nicer and freshly feeling environment than a lot of classic british houses. I have been living in house, 2 stores, 6 rooms, 3 bathroom, lounge. Market value around 700 000£. I didnt like it I wouldnt like even if its only me living there.
