Edward Payne I know that! I said that Static is a boss, because he’s still a teenager and didn’t give up for finding his dad. Not many teens could do that today, they won’t even try.
Bostonterrierslol Well he IS stalking them and catch em by surprise, and at the same time he's really pissed off so he has less restraint when being full good guy.
I know this is like 10 months late but the hardest part of being a super hero is constantly holding back. Second you stop caring you end up being crazy strong.
MasakanSolaris. Reminds me of some of the old Spider Man comics. As long as he's cracking jokes you're ok. The minute Spidey got so pissed that he stopped talking.....Run and pray!!!
Batman:Unbelievable I You Do That Static??? But Don't Be Like Jason Todd Did. Static Shock:Okay Because You Taught Me and Thank You., So Who Is Jason Todd??? Robin (Tim Drake):He Was Robin Before Me Unfortunately Joker Kidnapped Him Torches Him and Batman Found Him De--. Batman:Okay You Rather Don't Want To Know About That.
She wasn't getting paid for anyone elses. Money talks. ...and would you want to f**k with either of those two? or get targetted by their enemies? Hell.. I'd rather go after small time heroes who are less likely to get me murdered by the Joker or froced to work for Luthor until I die.
s Smoove that's what she was being paid for to look for static identity. Also most people probably believe Superman has no secret identity because it's not like he was a mask or anything on top of that not only does he go by Superman when in costume he also goes by the name Kal-El.
Even if she was tasked with finding their secret identity, she wouldn't be able to. Superman changes faster than any camera can find, and Batman only unmasks when in the batcave.
He definitely took the gloves off when his dad got taken, while he wasn't at the point to going for the kill yet, he was in the mood to care to hold back enough to not actually do some real damage to any enemy in his way.
For folks complaining about why none of the Meta-Breed cohorts figured out why Static was so raging at his kidnap.. It get sorta mentioned later in passing. Because Robot runs the youth center they think Static's lfe was saved by him after the gas bombing. because most of the bang babbies were street kids, homeless or gangs, and considering Static helps people, he was most likely a homeless street kid is most people's conclusions. So they think Robert helped him at one point. not the worst logic leap.. More so because word has gotten around already that Ebon and his crew (who also worked with this crew) thought that Virgil was static a while back, and confirmed that he wasn't. Which would get around considering his crew's habit of just... jabbering about everyting. Especially Shive. So by this point, they all know that Richie had run into him semi often for chats. They knew that Virgil wasn't Static. and that Static cared for Hawkens. So.. it makes sense they come to the conclusion that Static owed Hawkens, and that he likely visits the youth center semi often. but 90% of the villains also like the youth place so it doesn't attacked much. Except by folks like Ebon and the corp guy.
3:12 Static: If this is a trick, you won't be able to run far enough! Me: If you 2 value your lifes, you better get out of town now just in case his thinks it's a trick!
I guess it was a good thing Puff couldn’t figure out why Static was so mad about the kidnapping. & Omnara’s voice actress is the same as a Berdine in bratz and beautifulgorgeous in jimmy neutron.
Bruh he would’ve kept them alive, but he would’ve repeatedly shocked them in the nuts until they become eunuchs. “TELL ME WHERE PUFF AND ONYX ARE, OR YOUR DICK’S GONNA END UP LIKE YOU GOT BLOWN BY A ZAPDOS!” Humiliation>>>Injury
this was his second time. first time when he was so piss because Daisy got hurt while he was showing off and decide to trash the bar where the villain was hiding in
As weird as it was for Sharon not to open the other door to try to rescue her father, her mind was in a state of panic, which means that she her ability to think rationally if she were calm was much lower - first thought was, "get to dad" and so the fastest way is the door but it was blocked. With every passing second, the villains can just insta-kill her Dad, and she already lost her Mom, so the panic just got worse. Great scene.
to quote one of the rogue gallery on this very topic "I dunno man, right height, right build but it's not like he's the only one in Dakota with that haircut"
He would probably say something along the lines of, "You're surprisingly calm." At first, I thought Batman (if he were involved) would step in and brutalize them. But they're kids. Misguided and angry. It's only right he'd let Static deal with them.
@@iRazenrak In fairness 'Oh you're not involved' *discard* static isn't mindlessly trashing people. He's after answers, and he wants them as of ten minutes ago. You don't have them or aren't involved? You're a non priority.
What’s scary is this show was beyond its years. When I was a kid back in 2003 there were no surveillance cameras all over the world. Now you can find a camera nearly everywhere, it’s downright frightening.
Static should had interrogate Ebon and Hotstreak too about his father. Here's how Static would had interrogate the both of them: Static attempting to drown Hotstreak with lots of water almost killing him Static shed lots of pure light on Ebon and squashing him with his static saucer at the same time and almost killing him
Because Robert works in a youth center and most of Static's rogue gallery are from that center or got assistance in some way. He tends to be off limits for that reason.
There's a few reasons actually. Aside from what was mentioned about Robert trying to help people like them, there was also the episode where Ebon(and some others)actually DID figure out, but static managed to trick them into believing Vergil and Static aren't the same person. Word more than likely got around.
Ever since I was a kid was I was bothered by 1:07 where Sharon just keeps pushing on the same door. Seriously, climb through the other doors of the car!
The adrenalin from the fight or flight response can be enough to cloud ones judgement and creative thinking, leaving your Brain to relied on instincts and patterns you typically do, giving you tunnel vision and blind to different approaches. Its why in a plane crash people have trouble finding their seatbelts as their use to it being at the side of them and not on their gut.
Interrogating Shiv is never a good idea. Unpredictable. He's full on almost Joker crazy. I say almost, as even he had the sense, eventually, to realize Joker was bad news.
What i love is she what? Threatened a guy with electrical powers.. with.. electronics... he could of fried all that shit easy and if she had a backup.. he finds it too
This is why Batman is cruel to all of the criminals. If one didn't know better, they'd guess every victim of a crime was Batman's relative due to how fucking brutal he is.
When you think about it they kinda hinted that if statics dad would’ve died then static would’ve been a darker superhero like batman who witnessed his parents dying
This video only goes to show just how powerful Static is when he truly gets serious. He truly is one of the most underrated DC Heroes. I feel like if he were older, then he would definitely be one of the stronger members of the Justice League.
In the crossover with batman beyond, Terry calls static’s grown up self “someone with the power to change the world” and “one of the worlds greatest heroes” Was awesome to see him finally get recognition he deserves

static is usually so much more playful with the standard bad guys. i love how well this scene portrays him getting serious knowing that his dad is in danger, probably also further motivated by the loss of his mom
If not more. Not only are Static’s powers a bit more dangerous (lightning burns webs last I checked), he knows the science behind them. If you know that, you can get very creative, and at times even lethal. (Granted Spidey does too.)
Love how this shows that Static has been holding back against all his villains. When he father is kidnapped though, he steps up to remind them just how powerful he is and why involving him in their schemes is a BAD idea
He even went on this destructive path cause a fight involving Puff and Onyx caused Daisy to get injured. He's been shown to be violent for the ones he loves
@@sweetchilledgames7887 Though thankfully Rubberband Man stops him by telling him that he's as much to blame for Daisy getting injured as they are. Here? Totally justified but still restraining from going too far.
Vergil's a fast learner. Also they hit the 'only living parent' button. they shouldn't have done that.' This is a guy that manipulates electricity. Instead of simply grabbing you and puppeting you about in the air like a rag doll he could just... oh I dunno. FRY you. takes fine control to do the levitation trick. Simply torching your heart and or brain? Well a lightning bolt doesn't have much in way of brains does it?
They needed a super satellite network to find out who Static is? No offence to Static, but of all the superhero's in the DC universe, he is the worst at keeping his secret identity secret (he keeps his ID on him while on patrol.). The only thing this lady has accomplished is endangering one of Static's loved ones. And Static have an extremely good track record when it comes to saving people in general, especially when it is someone her personally cares for. In conclusion, this lady wasted millions of dollars to get her ass kicked. She and her employer are not smart.
That’s why the employer got rid of her earlier in the episode 😂😂. Alva didn’t care for Static anymore yet she was persistent with that super-satellite project. It was useful for her Project Omni
I think these guys forget Static has the power of F-ing lightning! Most of his villains were troubled kids who messed with wrong crowds and got hit by the law many times. Did they forget how painful tasers were? Cus he can do a lot worse than that.
