I don’t usually leave comments on YT videos, but this one deserved a compliment. Informative, straight to the point and a personal preference to wrap it up. Love it!

This is one of the best explanations I've got for any programming related topic! Would definitely check out your other vids.

I pretty much only program with staticly typed languages for the kinds of projects that I like to work on. I actually find it easier to plan out a program as strict type checking can help eliminate a lot of possible bugs.

Thank you so much. A great video. But I think this video can be more interactive if you add some piece of code on the screen while talking. Never depend on the audience imagination only because it doesn't work with everyone. Also, you can add a map in the end that recaps the pros and cons. Keep up the great work!

Great video again thnx for the insights. Glad you mentioned typescript as well , it motivated me to learn more about it , it really helps to write better js and you get a notion of static language programming as well .

every new programming language has either a type system (comonly inferred types) or has a type spec to support compile time checks

It would be great if you make an OOP-based PHP course that teaches to build some large apps like SAAS BASED SOFTWARE. AND THINGS LIKE MVC

There a 0 reasons for dynamic languages to exist, it's not great for small apps and it's terrible for bigger ones. Period.

Strongly disagree on the notion of dynamic oanguages being better for beginners, quite the contrary, it encourages learning bad habits, does not inform the user of their folly when almost invariably mistyped procedures are mistakes not intentional.
