Just seen them this past Saturday in Bakersfield! Fucking kick ass! They killed it. They also played with suicide silence and mudvayne. Bury the dead and black label society couldn't make it.. But static totally made up for it! Amazing live! Such hype!
he came back home for a couple years. He was producing and giving lessons. I talked to him a few times. He is very happy. He did move again.I've lost track the last tear or so. I do know he auditioned for Brian "Head" Welch. He is a great guy.
i have a beard like Wayne Static he is the main reason i grew one, i unfortunately had to trim it down to a goatee so now it hangs off the end of my chin, 40cm/16 inchs and still growing, took 5 years so far so go for it dude get started now
Yeah listenead those songs 2 , the style did changed a bit from that tho , still generally same type of music but did changed some , they gone more on heavy sounds I geuss. Anyway I like both new and old stuff allot! Static-x is my most favorite band!
yeah true. i mean i do see ur point. but they are a trance type of music. they call themselves an evil disco sound. so it's gonna be repetative. so with static-x, u really have to listen to expecting the unexpected and generally stuff that's not used often, like repetative rhythms with techno sounds in the back
Pretty sure this is on that Carson Daly late night show, hence the crowd not getting into it much. Talk show crowds aren't gonna be up and jumping around usually... not all of them might like the band, and doubt the people running things there want people forming say a moshpit.
@shadowzone69 tripp didn't rape anyone's kid...it was "statutory rape" which is another way of saying that the under aged teen agreed to it and had partaken in sexual contact with him but its still against the law as an adult to go forth with the agreement of sexual contact with a teen under 18..i argue that tripp was made to believe she was atleast 18 when she was really not...i still respect him.
Is he lip-syncing the part where he's supposed to be singing the chorus? Because not only does it sound exactly like the album version, but the volume of voice lowers at that part.
No, it had nothing to do with his singing. Probably an unprepared Sound Technician, unprepared for the Loud Chorus, combined with old recording equipment, which doesn't always play back exactly what the audience was able to enjoy.
In a way, the audience looked cool standing still, as if static x was mesmerizing a bunch of zombies. And you know the dude that's right in front of Wayne, is just starting straight at that guitar, lucky guy.
@@vinnyhorapeti2461 i started in my first real band back then where we wrote our own music and not just played covers. That was a fun time and I have a son that was born new years 2005. Man I'm getting old! I wish he liked rock music more but he's into the hip hop music which I like too, occasionally especially the older stuff but I'm 90% rock music...
@@drummerdoingstuff5020 I started listening to metal and rock when I started learning electric guitar back in 2016 but I know those good old days back when music was good the late 90's and early 2000's
I miss this..bc for 1 the music was more meaningful...and im also pretty sure this was pre 911.Summer 2001 was actually a great time to b a 22 year old.
