Is there a particular "Marker" one can read between sleep and a daydream? How are violent thoughts or post-traumatic stress displayed in comparison to dreams, daydreams and a seizure? Just interested, and still learning from you.
A day dream your awake and have a waking pattern(beta in front,alpha inback). Sleep is very very specific set of patterns and dreams or REM have a pattern similar to awake but more genalized beta with no muscle artifact and rapid eye moments. Specific thoughts have no pattern.
