So IV lorazepam, repeat, then phenytoin loading dose, then phenobarbital loading dose, then phenytoin repeat dose, then phenobarbital repeat dose?

In 15 to 20 min time we will give phenobarbital,ok. But still continue in 20 to 30min we will give lorazepam along with on going phenobarbital?
