@@Khairun-dx3uw Unfortunately, I can't speak on this issue since I've never lived in Russia and haven't been there for a long time. But Qatar is undoubtedly impeccably clean, both by Norwegian standards (I've lived in Norway for 20 years), and by South Korean standards, and by Singapore standards, where I also lived for several years.
