Hey i think there's value in choreos which are stylish and maybe challenging but not outright murderous, which i think is something a lot of modern productions tend to forget. They're better for audience participation, they can focus more on quality of execution, which is insanely good, and in this one they left room for live vocals where the singing member is spared the diaphragm movement, because live vocal in 4th gen is completely dead, well not anymore, stayc is rescuing kpop! Plus the formation work is so good and does so much. Like there's a reason everyone casually dances Russian Roulette to this day right, even people who don't even know the song?

Tried the chorus, it was pretty easy no lie but i hated memorising it loll. A dance for begginers in my opinion

@원지 ㅇㅈ..킬포 안무가 없다기엔 후렴구 안무가 너무 중독성 있고 쏘베드에 비하면 이번 안무는 ㄹㅇ 세런되게 잘 짠 편 같음.. 그리고 노래도 2~3번 반복적으로 들으면 귀에 착착 감김 헤메코는 몰라도 다른 것들은 솔직히 저평가 받을 이유가 없다고 본당.. 근데 이건 온전히 머글 입장이고 팬들 입장에서는 달리 보일 수 있다고 생각함

People have worked with them like Black Eyed Pilseung (songwriter for TWICE, Apink, Chungha), choreographer CODE88 (BLACKPINK, TWICE), MV director Rigend Film (NCT, G IDLE) and a photographer who has worked with EXO, Red Velvet and Itzy. Dream team. And this is just their debut (So Bad). I think they are happy, High Up seems like good company who cares about her artists and trainees.

hmm i think they could be more confident and sassy on stage. their stages are not so tight. but sonically, they're miles ahead of all the rookie groups. they seem to really know their sound and what they're going for. you can tell this even from the fact that they didn't just stick to the success formula of SO BAD and instead made another success formula with ASAP (and the EP... so good!). they already are building a STAYC sound universe. very impressive.

And many think an even number in a group is hard to choreograph. Maybe it is but they've done it so well here. Six gives them many options like 5+1, 3+3, 2+2+2.

@@pay9011 yeah as a dancer and former dance teacher, it is harder to choreograph for an even number of people. that said, the choreographer for this dance killed it!!! seriously might be the best Kpop dance that came out of this year so far, in my opinion. :D

check out So Bad and SO WHAT too, they haven't got a lot of songs but those are my other favourites. They have two others songs that are decent too, Love Fool and Like This.

definitely their most memorable and iconic choreography. it's not technically difficult compared to other dances (still pretty difficult for the average person since the execution is quick) but it's simply just one of the most fun choreos I've seen in kpop.

agreed, I always thought their dance line would be Sumin, Isa, and Seeun if they had one

Agree so much! :) Sumin's technique looks the best to me - she fully executs the moves with the right amount of sharpness and energy but not too much so it won't be overdanced. Her control of her arms, upper body, hips and legs all look great and developed + she has good angles and stamina.
