After almost two years we are finally back in Mauritius, to visit Shaton's family. Mauritius is famous for its gorgeous five star beach hotels. We were lucky enough to stay at beautiful Heritage Le Telfair Resort for a few nights.

Actually no we forgot but it was on the left side of the main building, when you face the ocean. Maybe the third villa.

For 710 Euro / night for the seaview room it's quite overpriced. Areas like Grand baie or Tamarin or even Flic en Flac you would get so much nicer hotels for half that price. Beautiful hotel though, just overpriced.

Thank you for your comment, we are not sure if you get "better" hotels for half the price, but we agree that 710 Euro per night is a big budet. The Heritage Resorts are among the best Mauritius has to offer and the occupancy speaks for itself!
