We got the whole trip to Rwanda as a package including accommodations, transfer and guided tour. Expect to pay maybe 1.5k - 2.5k usd per person for the gorilla trekk alone. The hike was relatively easy, I think they filter the groups to the appropriate difficulty of the hike. This of course can be on a case to case basis, because the gorillas constantly move, so some can take a few hours while some can be less than an hour.
