Syah, i have eczema too. I apply aloe vera everynight and avoid kena sejuk sgt. And please bring face mist all the time bila u pkai make up syah it does help a bit❤❤❤

i struggle wit my eczema 2016-2020. Di muka dan kaki. Redness everwhere. And this 4 things i realize help me a lot. 1. Stop eat any process food or fast food. Contohnya frozen chicken, nugget, sosej dan fast food include makanan secret recipe. 2. Change my bedsheet 2x a week 3. Cari my food make my eczema trigged and make a list. Rupanya orang, tomto, brocoli make my face flare kalau makan. 4. Cukupkan air and took antioksidant supplment. 1 lagi kena ada air circulation dalam bilik. Saya jenis tidak suka buka tingkap bilik. tapi since i realize this thing help my eczema to not flare. i paksa diri i to buka tingkap.

Hi aisyah. I ada eczema jugak. One thing i did when my eczema flare up, i cut sugar, dairy, tepung gandum, roti & kurangkan stress. Hope it helps. Then i mkn probiotic nutrilite, bio c nutrilite & salmon omega nutrilite. All these supplements really helps me to heal my eczema. Just that kena jaga mkn also.

Eczema could be because of the food u eat. Try and do an allergy test at nearest clinic. I did mine few years ago and thats a lot of food that i cant eat such as chicken, egg, nuts and etc.
Ya... kena pergi buat allergy test. Nanti report akan tunjuk syah allergy pada apa. Last 2 years i buat test and report kata i allergic pada kerang... huhu..
Maybe dia tak suka sunlight(just dalam bilik) Mcm i.. i tak suka bukak langsir dalam bilik..tapi kat ruang tamu, dapur habis semua tingkap i bukak nk bgi masuk cahaya..xtau la knape dalam bilik prefer tutup langsir😂
