Lexi, I’ve heard about you for years, but this is the first whole video of yours I’ve watched, and hearing about your tough times broke me. You look like the complete opposite person to think that you tried to end it all. That proves that people can change, and I just wanted to say a couple things. I’m so so so unbelievably proud of you Lexi. I’m so so sorry you went through all that and that you feel like that was the only option, but I’m so proud and thankful that your still here, fighting. This touched me so much because I’ve tried myself as well, and I’m still struggling so much. I’m 14, and I live in an amazing family and have a great lifestyle, but my brain is in a constant battle. But from where I was this time last year, to now, is incredible, I’m healing. Hearing just little stories like yours Lexi, hive be blinks of hope, and there all building up and proving to me that there is a reason to fight, and I can do this. So thank you for that reminder Lexi, some people may not listen to that at all, but I listened to it over 10 times (sobbing by the end). I’m so proud of you Miss Lexi and will continue to support you ❤. I follow this amazingly strong woman on social media named Jazz Thornton, she tried to end her life 14 times, but it’s almost been 7 years since her last attempt, and she’s found her happy, bubbly self again. I’m now a supportive tiktok page for her, but hearing about your story, reminded me so much of her. She is now a mental health activist, she’s had coffee with prince Charles and Meghan markle, she’s won younger New Zealander of the year 2021, she’s won dancing with the stars nz, wrote and directed a movie, wrote 3 books and so much more, but more importantly realised, Hope is real, Change is possible. So I wanted to mention this to you and to anyone reading this, that you are in no means alone, you are so strong, none of this is your fault, you are so so worthy, you are not a burden, you deserve to live, you are worthy to life, you are love and the world is such a better place with you in it. Never give up okay, life will change, I promise ❤ (sorry it’s so long 😅)

I just wanted to thank you for sharing your story because I don’t think people realize how the most happy seeming person could be suffering inside. I’ve always lived a super comfy lifestyle, and so many of my friends are jealous of me. But inside I’m suffering from anxiety, depression, and probably more, as well as just straight up dislike for myself. Thank you for bringing attention to your mental health and I hope you continue to heal and get better ❤️

I learned this from Molly Burke, who is a blind RU-vidr. Life is a rollercoaster and it's worth living, even with the downs, but when you have a down, an up is right around the corner. What I have always said, since I was little. Suicide is a permanent solution to a temporary problem. What Forest Gump says. Life is like a box of chocolates; you never know what you're going to get. That being said, I'm also glad that your friend found you and saved your life. There is so much that you've done and so many people that you've met, not to mention all of your fans on your RU-vid channel and all of your fans that you've met in real life. I know this video was posted a year ago, but I just want to say, that there are people can be talked to if anyone feels like they're going to harm themself or others. All anyone has to do is ask for help. Lexi keep up the good work, even if you are working on your bucket list. Me, I think I would take a pass with dining in the sky. I'll keep my feet firmly planted on the ground, Unless I have to get on a plane to go somewhere. That kind of flying doesn't bother me. Because I know it's much safer flying than it is driving. When it's your time to go, it's your time to go. I just don't want to be on an airplane when it's the pilot's time to go. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😎😎😁😁 Edit: Thank you for sharing that part of your life with us. Your not alone and your NOT the only one and NO your not crazy!!! I went through the same type of situation as you did and my friend actually found me about to do the same thing. If I didn’t have that friend find me I wouldn’t be here today ! Now I have my kids to live for which I wouldn’t have been here today still if it wasn’t for them. I found my own happiness and being happy every day isn’t enough because I’m not happy every day but I am happy to still be alive! I’m proud of you Lexi for sharing your story because depression and anxiety is REAL and should be taken seriously! Im so happy you are passionate about mental health. My parents arent really educating about it and my sister is suicidal with an eating disorder. Shes doing better since she told my parents, but my state isnt really known for good therapist. Ive been trying to help her feel more confident in herself when she frowns at the mirror and i think im doing an OK job. Seriously though guys please be nice to everyone because you never know what people may be going through.

I'm so glad to know that their are people out their with similar feeling to me. I'm not even a teenager yet and some dark thoughts have come into consideration based on what I am and have been going through so it is really helpful to know that I'm not alone.

Hi lexi! I am here to say that I really appreciated you talking openly about such thing, I know it can be very difficult at times, I've had to deal with depression, still dealing with it, and I have performed self injury. I have dealt with an eating disorder too, but now I'm happier than ever, with a guy who treats me like a litteral queen and the bestest of friends. Yes, there always is light at the end of the tunnel 💗 but also embrace those down moments, they will help you grow up. Love you all, stay safe and ask for help if you need it 💪❤
