im really sorry to hear that but maybe before sleeping you can try thinking of three things that day that made you happy (it doesn’t matter if its something very small or seems dumb to you). You can also try finding something you can look forward to the next day . And this may sound silly but you can just make your bed and be proud, meditate, stretch and listen to taikis music or just look at some morning inspo on pinterest or social media. Hope this kinda helps :)

I'm sorry :(( it might be a little different of a situation than yours, but I like to encourage myself with others!! Like, recently I haven't really wanted to go to class, but I've been telling myself "I have to go to class so I can meet up with my friend" or "my friend isn't here today, so I need to go to class so I can get him the notes and work" like I said, it might be a little different, but I'd try approaching your day like that!! I wish you the best, and I care about you! You're doing amazing and I'm proud of you for carrying on :) 💙
