[Steak] American beef Low temperature cooking

I tried to make a thick cut steak with a block of beef shoulder loin.
If you use a low temperature cooker, you can make a juicy and delicious steak with cheap meat.
Because it is cooked at a low temperature, it remains soft and delicious even when chilled.

Beef shoulder loin (1kg block)
* American beef (5 cm thick)
[spices]
Salt (10g) Pepper (appropriate amount)
[Recipe overview]
1. Rub salt and pepper into the beef shoulder loin.
2. Put the beef shoulder loin in a ziploc bag.
3. Close the ziplock until it opens a little, submerge it in water, remove the air, and close it completely.
4. Set the low temperature cooker to a temperature of 57°C and a timer of 6 hours.
5. When the temperature reaches 57°C, add the meat.
6. After 6 hours, chill in ice water for 5 minutes.
7. After 5 minutes, take out the meat and wipe off the water.
8. Brown the meat.
9. Wrap in foil and rest for 5 minutes.
10. Remove meat from foil after 5 minutes
11. Serve on a plate and eat while cutting
