A lot of people are intimidated by steak. I'm not sure why, other than maybe the fear of not getting it right when it's usually a pretty pricey piece of meat, but by learning a couple of simple techniques you can use to cook just about any meat, you can make a steak at home that's as good, if not better (and for me the cost saving NEARLY ALWAYS makes home cooking better than restaurant food).
