This video was meant to be exclusively for the Bitchute platform, but load up stopped, so I just decided to share it here on youtube. In this clip, I grill some steaks on this very economical grill from Walmart with some rain, and the darkness setting in.

Place the coals at the vents and place the meat in the rear . Much better temp control.

This was by no means a serious cook. I didn't really take this grill serious to begin with. I gave it away a couple of months afterwards. Thanks for watching!

I bought this for $18.99....it arrived yesterday from Walmart, free one day shipping...I tried it today.....not a very good outcome on some chicken and smoke sausage....gonna watch you today...see if I can learn to do better...can't get worse. Well, I watched your video and it's 15 minutes later. Although you didn't give instructions, I watched and learned the following: 1) Let the charcoal ash over COMPLETELY inside the chimney starter before pouring into the grill bed. 2) DO NOT try direct cooking, do what YOU did....sear over the flame....then cook INDIRECTLY, coals to one side. 3) Leave it alone, don't over think it or hover...let the tool (the grill) do the work. 4) Relax and chill out, don't trip, life's too short, have fun. Thank you, I think I'm good now. 😎

Sorry about that. I never realized how much people wanted to see how this grill was. It was so cheap for me, I didn't give it a real chance. Again, sorry to let you down.

I bought this grill as a way to get into charcoal grilling. Haven't had charcoal grilled food since I was a kid. This cheap little grill is awesome. Great for steaks because you can get the charcoal up high about a 1/2" from the cooking grates for a sear and a crust. Put the charcoal in the front and lid vent in the rear.

That is cool, and very happy for ya! I was just goofing around in this video doing different things. I own 3 smokers, 5 grills, and 3 pizza ovens, so I can be serious about grilling. I gave this grill in the video to a friend when I moved back to my home state of Michigan. Thanks for the comment!

I smell that and it smells GUUUUD! That's a great little grill for $20. That would set you back at least $60 here. If your keen, try out this recipe idea. You won't regret it. Get some wing pieces and apply your favourite rub fairly heavily and let sit uncovered in fridge for at least 4 hours. Put some thin firebricks up one end of that grill about 4" off the wall to create a good indirect zone. Cook the wings indirect with the vent over the wings and not the fire. Add a chunk of wood of your desire on the coals. When the wings reach 160f paint some of the following sauce on them for 5 mins then turn and repeat. in a cup mix about 60% regular store bought bbq sauce. 30% Wild Turkey American Honey and Cola premix (11 oz bottle about a quarter to a third of the bottle) 5% sriracha sauce and 5% applecider vinegar. Feel free to add some rub and black pepper to that sauce. I'm doing this tonight. I do it most weeks and It's great. Cheers Paulie.

I probably won't even take it with me when I go back to Michigan? I think online it can be purchased for 16 US dollars! I may have to try that recipe Vic! Cheers to you Sir!

HELP ME!!!!! I just bought this grill and the charcoal chimney. I've filled up the chimney, started the coals, wait till the top coals are starting to ash over. and then dump into the grill. When do I add the coals to the grill and when do I start cooking? I've used the grill twice now and both times it seems the coals die out very fast but they haven't burned thru all the way. Some coals are still black and 80% has not ashed out. I've had to throw the hamburgers into the broiler to finish off. I need Help. Thanks in advance

Let the coal burn more before putting it in. Also,..don't choke it off with the lid on and vents closed.

Always put the air vent on the cool side or the heat just escapes

Oh my! My suggest foil for easier clean up & more radiant heat at the bottom of portion of the grill?
@703Fail
@703Fail Год назад
So what your saying is line the base with foil then put the rack that holds the coals on? or foil on the rack itself, that holds the coal?
@SkyBaum

@@703Fail foil at the base.
