Omg🎉. It wasn't a religion until the 70s. As someone who is obsessed with learning about cults. Many of the bigger cults started in the 70s. It is sad that all the polygamous cults are becoming more and more crooked as the leaders age and change, but when you start making it less about God and more about the humans, things get bad fast.

It’s crazy to see it laid out, just how quickly a cult evolves into crazier and crazier beliefs in just a few generations. Like the way Paul’s generation talks about the beliefs make it sound like it has always been this devout deep belief system whereas in truth, a lot of the original order members would probably be horrified by what it has become. I wonder when the incest and polygamy became cornerstones of the group instead of just beliefs for some members

They did this after the great depression. It was a part of the initiative to get people to move to the west and basically start a business so we can have people going back to work.

29:13 These types of loans are illegal now. Lots of car dealerships that did these types of high interest loans got sued & closed down bc they became illegal. How is a tax exempt church organization able to get away with these types of loans? I could about guarantee you if these people got a half decent attorneys, they could easily get out of them.

@@susanmoran692 my understanding is the native Hawaiians owned very valuable land that the bad guys tried to buy for like 20 years. And the natives refused to sell. So these fires were caused probably by direct energy weapons. Oprah and the rock and I don’t know who all else apparently painted their mansions a weird shade of blue. And whatever this color of blue was didn’t burn. I saw an image of melted cars, and there was a blue one that stuck out like a sore thumb. Apparently schools were out so kids were home. And there is only one way in and out of the island. And it somehow got blocked off. So basically the bad guys killed our own people for the land since they wouldn’t sell. They made sure people would be there and killed them. A lot of children are missing as well, and I strongly suspect the bad guys took opportunity to kidnap and traffic the kids.
