@@JustaJunkie438 I knew that part, I was curious if Susie's mixtape only worked with Undetectable perks like in this video, or if it would also work with Oblivious effects. I would assume the answer is no but I'm not sure.

@@wholehorse331 I believe it does because it gives you back the killer instinct when you theoretically shouldn’t have it, so I’m assuming it works for oblivious too

@@wholehorse331 Susie’s mixtape extends the range of killer instinct, so it still has an effect even if you’re not undetectable. It’s just that base killer instinct range is based on your terror radius, while Susie’s mixtape gives a flat increase, which is why it’s important to run if you have undetectable perks in a Legion build. It still does something even without undetectable, the issue is more that you aren’t likely going to be able to capitalize on that extra killer instinct range unless maybe you’re running pills, but even then that’s pills without mural sketch so the value is debatable. Susie’s mixtape gives you a wider killer instinct range than you’re able to capitalize off of with frenzy’s duration, so you more run it for duration. As far as base kit goes, anyway. This is why most people only run Susie’s mixtape with undetectable perks, because that’s the main instance where the killer instinct range increase actually matters. This is all to say that Oblivious on survivors shouldn’t effect your terror radius in this way, so it’s not necessary to run here.
