Okay the SD definitely can play this game but you'd have to live with the visual sacrifice. In order to maintain fps the game has to lower the resolution to show pixelated graphics. If you can get this to look less pixelated at 30fps please let me know!

Well all we need is to wait for the fsr 3. Cant do much now. But fsr3 may work well with dynamic resolution scaling.

Does limiting the refresh rate to 30 in-game improve the frame timing? Also does lowering the FOV improve framerate while not making the view "claustrophobic".

You can give that a try but I think the hardware is just not strong enough to render many scenes at consistent 30fps at reasonable graphics quality.

@@Andorski It's possible If they implement FSR 3 in future update and if AMD gives us a useable Frame Gen tech like Nvidia's FG

Turn off dynamic resolution scaling. Set FSR to balanced. Leave everything else as is. When the game is loading or caching shaders the dips are caused by the cpu. The game with dynamic res sees the fps dips and tries to lower the res to a silly low number to maintain 30 but it won’t help as the game is cpu bound in this moment. The best you can get is FSR on balanced. Framerate will be the same you see but less pixelation.

Does that mean it'll be more stutters because of fps dips? I tried ultra performance/performance it didn't look good as well 😵‍💫
