清蒸,白灼秋葵
材料:
秋葵3包
處理:
1. 秋葵,加入粗鹽1湯匙,清水浸2分鐘,除去蟲滋。
2. 清水沖洗乾淨,分開2份,一份清蒸,一份白灼。
3. 蒸的一份,切去頂部,清水沖洗乾淨。
烹調:
1. 切去頂部的秋葵,放蒸架上,大火煲滾1鑊水,大火蒸4分鐘。
2. 另一邊,大火煲滾半鑊水,加入鹽及油各半茶匙。加入秋葵,大火滾起,灼3分鐘。完成,夾上碟。
3. 另一邊,秋葵已蒸好,放上碟。
4. 完成,可享用。
Steaming and poaching okra
Ingredients:
Okra 3 packs
Preparation:
1. Okra, add in cooking salt 1 tbsp. Soak in tap water for 2 minutes to remove pests.
2. Rinse thoroughly. Put in 2 shares. One is for steaming and the other one is for poaching.
3. The steaming share, cut the root. Rinse thoroughly.
Steps:
1. The okra with no root, put on steaming rack. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Steam at high flame for 4 minutes.
2. On the other side, heat up half wok of water. Add in salt and oil for 0.5 tsp each. Add in okra. Heat up the water at high flame, soak the okra for 3 minutes. Complete. Put on plate.
3. On the other side, okra has been steamed well, put on plate.
4. Complete. Serve.
