Take a tag album and create something really different. Here's a closer look at my mysteriously fun Steampunk Spells tag album perfect for Halloween. Lots of interactive flaps, secret spaces, and pull-outs.
Terrific little mini! Love how you added those extra little folding pages. Staggering the page measurements really is an interesting look...you're right...highlights the papers and those ribbons. Thanks for the tip on how to melt them into Halloween character embellishment status!
Thanks! It's an awesome paper collection, now many years old. Hopefully Graphic 45 will bring it back some day in the form of a Deluxe Collector's Edition.
Love, love, love this mini !! You just sold me on this new collection. I was on the fence (only because there are so many new ones I have to have and I have the other Steampunk collection) but this is irresistable the way you have used it !! Love your videos and your creativity !
I have never understood why people ask, "what do you do with it"? They usually aren't crafters and don't understand the joy from creating . Wonderful mini, very cute.
Great book Annette, don't you just love this paper. Very ingenuous the way you did the clock, ring and keys on the front, I may have to scraplift that. Wonderful fun pages, that are exactly that FUN, you don't have to do anything except set them out for people to enjoy! Still not exactly sure how you did the construction. I bet you get a lot of questions on that. TFS! Patti
I HAD to come straight from g45 blog to see this as a)i love love love this collection & b) I am still to make a mini album?? Boy am I glad I say this A-MAY-ZING album?!! It's so full of ideas (staggering the tags is wonderful & adding burnt ribbons). So want to be able to do one as a gift but like u say, people are like "what's it for?"! Anyway, could never do as brilliant as yours so.... Thank you so much, really love it!! :))
Very Inspiring! thank you its really a wonderful mini! I too would love to see how you made the spine? its beautiful Annette thank you for sharing! Its very sweet you to do so!
Thank you very much for sharing your inspiration. I was given one of those long large tag books and I wondered what I would do with it. Now, I have an idea. I've got so many patterned paper sets. This will work with a partial pack of paper. I'm excited to give it a shot. Again, thank you.
I'm sure I'll get several requests. I'll see what I can do. Meanwhile, watch Graphic 45's blog. They will soon feature still shots as well as this video.
You have a great simply ideas and nice fun tutorial, Annette. Do you have any tutorial in the past for this accordion flip pocket? Love this part very much! Greets Cindy - NL
This was such a cute album with the Steampunk papers! I do have one question though. Do you happen to be a sister to Ginger from MySistersScrapper? You sound so much like her with your voice and the way that you speak that it almost sounds like Ginger. I was just curious. Thank you so much for sharing this. I loved the little pull out you made along with the "eye" that you added the glue to.
