🚂 Glen Waverley Steam Shuttles - Saturday 6th July 2024 🚂
Steam returns to the Glen Waverley line for the first time since 2013! Take in the sounds and sights of a bygone era as our locomotives tackle Melbourne's steepest railway line, featuring the 1 in 30 Jordanville Bank.
Take a seat in our heritage carriages with beautiful wood veneer panelling, pressed tin ceilings and opening windows to fully experience the steam era.
Tickets are still available for our transfer trains from Newport or Flinders Street to Glen Waverley in the morning or Glen Waverley to Flinders Street or Newport in the evening. Only limited tickets remain for our Steam Shuttles departing Glen Waverley Station. Tickets are available from our website www.steamrail.com.au/tours.

Please note:
It is imperative that if you choose to see the train from a passenger platform, ensure you remain behind the yellow line at all times and if viewing the train line-side, ensure you do not enter the railway corridor or trespass at any time and remain well clear from the edge of any railway track. This includes railway sidings, yards (used & disused) and the main lines where trains pass by. We thank you for your cooperation.
