That’s exactly it. In the ex parte transcript Love & Hylton made it VERY clear that Woody could say WHATEVER he wanted to on the stand. They didn’t care if he lied, if he sat silently, if he said “I don’t recall” 100,000x .. they only cared that his butt was planted in that seat on the stand. They need him in that chair so they can present their version of the evidence, regardless of Woodys testimony. This is insane. I have watched this trial since the first hearing. To me, the filing of this RICO case seems insane. Crimes were committed but is it RICO justified. DA Willis seems to charge this and the Trump cases without much thought. It is really a travesty. Mel, thank you!
