In this animation will be shown the art of work and function of a steel pan conveyor with a double chain strand. Beginning with the bulk feed thru the feeding chute up to the discharge chute beneth the drive station. The conveying speed in this simulation is 0,3 meters (11,8 in) per second, the width for the pans are 1.000 mm (39,4 in). The simulated bulk is cement clinker with a specific weight of 1.4 t/m3.
In dieser Animation wird die Wirkungsweise und Funktion eines Stahlzellenförderers mit Doppelstrangketten dargestellt. Angefangen bei der Schüttgutaufgabe durch die Aufgabeschurre auf die Stahlzellensegmente bis zum Abwurf in der Abwurfschurre unter der Antriebsstation.
