Thanks for posting this. It's good to get some info on the new album coming and what it's all about. Pulse stands for both the African (black) nation and humanity as a whole. But it's only natural and reasonable for one to focus first on the issues confronting their own neighborhood. That's why Handsworth Revolution reverberates with people anywhere, regardless if they even know anything of Birningham or the Caribbean black diaspora. The message and the feeling can be applied to so many other places. There's no need to even explicitly make global pronouncements since the global application of a local message is already implicit in that message.
