So cool. I'm almost 50. Started listening to Steel Pulse in 1981 as a 10 year old. Their first CD i bought was Earth Crisis. Luckily, I live in a beach town that they play in a lot. Long Live David Hinds and the Steel Pulse.

Absolutely and I would say Aswad I love them they are awesome I love their message as well as third world what are some big older groups that have some wonderful good music I'm big fan of Carlton Barrett Leroy smart U Roy mutabaruka I'm who's the short guy that sings the song I do not sniff the coke I only smoke sensimilla remember that? I was like riding on a train from Birmingham to somewhere there's a man on the train and he's also crazy all over the place and I see he has the white powder in his paper I asked him what to do for you it gives you strength and power? Mama mama Mr Banton it makes me feel just fine I take a big sniffing then I go to Cloud 9 and all my worries and troubles are left far behind I took the paper and I threw it out the window I reached into my pocket and I pulled out some sensi and my lighter, I rolled it in some paper and i light it.. that's all I remember sound familiar that's Pato Banton from way back

Thanks for honoring the struggle of the Hawaiian people. It took me a while to overstand this kind of marching bassline. It's part of the get up and march on message. You can say things with words and also with the instruments.
