Cam has earned every accolade and award he's received during his career with the Steelers. The business of the NFL is still the business. Injuries happen to young and old players alike. If it's Cleveland, so be it. I think he has to remember that his last name is not Rooney. Many Steeler icons learned that late in their careers,(Franco, Mike Webster,...) His call. Can't play this game forever.

⁠@@allenlampkin4448 - I’m not defending Cam in this situation at all, but she’s right, he’s rarely hurt. Played 17 games twice in the last 3 seasons, another 2 seasons where he played 15 games and an incredible 7 seasons with 16 games. He’s older and nagging injuries could quite likely hamper the remainder of his career-but the “dude always hurt” is objectively incorrect.

Either way I look at it, I’m conflicted and angry. This could be out of context and I still would be. The fan side of me is mad this is a possibility, but the human side of me gets it. It just seems so wrong though that as someone that many believed is a leader of this team that he’d be the one to go to the Browns of all teams. Heck even Baltimore or Cincinnati would be less painful than the Browns somehow. Now I know why I never get the newest jerseys of anybody on a team because history can change in an instant.
