Oh y eah no doubt steelhead is a good tasting fish and better than many other types of fish, i'd say a fresh silver chinook will give it a run for the money but no other salmon species.

Really? Steelhead is a sea run rainbow. They don’t seem to know the rules. It looks like a hatchery fish.
