I improved the audio of this soundboard recording from the Molson Amphitheatre. The source audio had the bass guitar mixed extremely low, so even though there were plenty of other low frequency sounds, the actual bass guitar was barely audible. I have done my best to fix that, but it's far from perfect. Overall it still is a spectacular sounding recording though, in stereo no less!

I was at this show. 7th row from the front in the pit. The stage had a line of speakers facing out to us and it was like our own Steely Dan hifi party. We were so near the front that the PA system didn’t colour our sound. Most excellent! Deep Blue Organ Trio was a great opener as well! 👍

Another great job Daniel! Damn near impossible to make something out of nothing yet you managed to root what we hear which allowed our own audible muscle memory to fill in the blanks. Again my thanks for the work on tracking the file and the great ambience you created with the stills. Bravo my friend! 👏👏

Someone brought me a t shirt half way around the world from this very show. Wore that thing right through last year. The Shuffle Diplomacy tour.

Full credit to the photographer reveals respect.

Full payment reveals even more respect. I took photos of this show for BlogTO, but first had to sign a waiver signing away my rights to my own photos, and allowing SD to use any or all of my photos for their website for free (which they did). Of course photographers should be credited, but they should also be paid for their work if it is to be used for any kind of promotion or in the creation of other works (like on websites, t-shirts, CD covers, in RU-vid videos, etc). BlogTO paid virtually nothing for my work ($10), and then I had to sign my rights away just to be allowed into the concert to take the photos. The general consensus is that some kind of remuneration should be given to creators of content for use of their work, not just credit. Like, it would be expected that I would have to pay Steely Dan for their music if I wanted to use it in a video I was making. It should equally be expected that I be paid for my photos.

I just saw there's no time stamp for Monkey in Your Soul, it's right before Josie. Anyhow, great job remastering as always. I see what you mean about bass being low in the mix.

Thanks for the heads up, I must have left off the marker when setting timestamps in my DAW so I didn't add it at the end. I'll fix that today.

sound quality is good, however- I've heard Fagan's voice better; imho.

Unfortunately true. Likewise this is around the time when Walter's health seemed to become an issue and it started to affect his performance as well. Still an enjoyable concert, especially with Your Gold Teeth showing up in the setlist.
