Hi everyone! Some of you will likely notice that this is the second time I've done a lesson for this solo. The first lesson is still up, but it got a copyright match (even though it was posted as a guitar lesson, and therefore should be protected under Fair Use), so I'm uploading a new version without the backing track, so it shouldn't get flagged again. I've been wanting to learn this solo since I picked up a guitar... always thought it was beyond my skill range until I found your video. So for the past 3 days I've been working on it and I have it memorized thanks to you. Still can't play it up to speed with the recording but I will get there😊 thank you so much!!!

Awesome cover Dave ! As close to perfect as I've ever heard ! Arghhh....the copyright Grinch at it again! Steely Dan is such an amazing band. Jimmy Page once said that the solo on "Reelin' In The Years" was his favourite guitar solo. All their music is so cool. "Do It Again" still has the magic for me.
