Having recently watched the Documentary about Mayor Chris Pappas of uMngeni Municipality on RU-vid, where poor people now have solar powered street lights for safer communities as well as solar panels and inverters to assist them with load shedding, and where local businesses are nurtured to prosper and grow, the DA is by far the most progressive, the most compassionate and the most experienced choice to take SA and the Multi Party Charter forward in 2024!!

This good governance of DA is delusional. DA doesn't have a track record of governance that is good for all people.

ActionSA must leave the DA's so called multiparty charter! They can do a poll on their members, online poll on voters and public submissions!

It sounds like the DA has for some reason decided not tell its black members its real political strategy and its fears in as far as bringing in black voters who are emotions driven as opposed to intellect driven. The sort of voter that needs to be perpetually entertained with songs and dance and find it painful to sit still and listen to a talk loaded with facts and educational info. This clinging to the racist painful past is part of trying to squeeze some feelings out of the dead past and avoid working hard to build a new beautiful united South Africa. People also tend to go easy on the ANC and how it continues to seriously destroy the country. The will like a situation where they vote for the ANC but expect the DA to be the one delivering the goods. It is this twisted worldview and lack of honesty from both sides that makes the bonding of black and white within DA hard. Black DA members come in with this sense of entitlement because of what happened in the past and fail to empathize with their white compatriots' socio- economic fears and anxiousness about the future as they witness the country crumble under black rule and violence and crime become a norm. Its a sad reality.

Look now grade 12 didn't nperform well becuase they were after taxis.Students couldn't attend classes well.There were shootings from the Taxi strikr and who are those people who are involved in that business its blacks and coloured.Who were the people who were dying blacks. If DA can change its governing style of of discrimination they can rule well.

Patricia contradicts herself on Race in the DA and Race in ActionSA (see: 17:22). She advances a 'logic' of pro-poor policy (she claims this is Action SA position)- that is the position of the DA ALSO. Thus, both DA and Action SA want to take Race out of the equation and have a "raceless" society (Dreams). So, why did she leave the DA again? The poor are not a Race they are South Africans who are poor - period. Nonsense! They are Black and some are Indians and some are whites. South Africa is first and foremost a RACE based society - you cannot, you can never go around it. Your policy of social change CANNOT not be RACIAL based.

The DA is doing he right thing in the long run to ditch racial policies for non racialism. The DA under Maimane attracted some black voters, but it came at a policy compromise and gradually started to look like a less corrupt ANC. BBBEE has caused more harm to poor black people than the good it supposedly intends. Empowering just a handful of connected black individuals, especially if what they offer is overpriced and undelivered, makes the poor black people even poorer. If policy were to consider actual disadvantage, in stead of assuming disadvantage just because someone is black, we'll get somewhere. We must consider that under our current BBBEE laws, Patrice Motsepe is counted as a black person - and he's not a fok disadvantaged.

Today or tomorrow all conscious and patriot South African people wil quit the corruptionist ANC and EFF.
