I always preferred that mall over Manchester, far less crowded. I wouldn't put much faith in Penny's with as many of them that are closed.

Wanted to let you know that the developer is going to keep the JC Penny and some of the other shops that have outside entrances. The rest is going to be torn down to make way for the developer plans of a COSTCO and other shops. There is a whole article on this on RU-vid.
