PL lawyers get a few months to write the rules when they are added or changed. Then teams get an unlimited amount of time to look for loopholes or imprecise wording that can sway a couple judges.

I think the problem is.... Yes in last 5 years they havnt spent mega money. Its the foundations they layed from 09-18. While other clubs were sticking to psr rules they had unfair income building mega team. Its not about last 5 years

Little spend and lots of success and always hitting FP rules ... Then what's the problem, are the rules to keep the same clubs at the top ? Or to help struggling teams like city were ? it's not really the case, even after city won the APT case, that doesn't mean APT is failed, the APT is stays there but the detail is changed and amendment. They rejected the new amended rules 5 days after Newcastle take over which they proved are "Unlawful" they also managed to prove that share holders loans should also be FMV & part of the APT rules , proved that the league broke it own rules when dealing with 2 of City sponsors, proved that the league was abusing their position of power. That's more than 2 if you can count 🤡

They’ve been bribing league officials for a long time now. When was it 3-4 years ago when City’s most egregious cheating was exposed (when they started cheating literally the day after Pep was hired)? They had definitive hard evidence (caught red handed) so how was that not an immediate slam dunk?
