The difference between Damon and stefan is that girls only wanted to sleep with damon but they liked stefan with their true heart. Rebekah was ready to give up the cure for stefan , valerie was ready to let him go so that he can be with caroline,his true love. I am glad steroline happened, he got a woman who loved him deeply

Also, Katherine. When she said she loved him, she meant it. When he was suffering in s5 from being stuck in the quarry, drowning and dealing with his PTSD, she stepped in to help him and even recruited Caroline to help.

Will never understand why most people in the fandom don’t like Stefan? I hear things like he’s boring, whines too much, is pretentious… I’ve even seen some saying he is the one who is abusive and doesn’t know what love is?! I never thought any of those things when I watched. He’s so underrated and I’d pick him any day ❤

Stefan is so perfect, it's a shame he only thought about Elena because man, all the women chose Stefan, some even get Damon but just for sex, they never fell in love with Damon, the only one who fell in love was Elena, Stefan has always been everyone's favorite, not just because he's a better man, because I really don't believe he or Damon is the villain and the other the hero or vice versa , but Stefan was more intense, more mysterious and knew when to treat a woman like a queen and when to treat her like a bitch, so I always say it will always be Stefan, Caroline chose Stefan, Katherine chose Stefan, Valerie chose Stefan, Ivy chose Stefan, Rebekah chose Stefan, I chose Stefan.😏❤

Can you blame her? It always irritates me that they dangled the two of them in front of us, made them so deep and caring for one another, but never acted on it as writers in the way they truly deserved. In fact, they brought Marcel in on the Originals to be the poor mans Stefan. Not that he was. But it did present that way in relations to the connections with the Originals. And their history, although fleshed out over many seasons, hardly even touched on the little that Stebekah had.
