@eliice1715 Wow we really have fallen as NFL fan when we throw the word dynasty like candy when they just one playoff game. This year is still open and we don’t know about 2025.
How is there always one of them with that same picture? The one with the white thong is on practically every video I read the comments on, with a different account name every time.
Crazy to think where Houston a couple years ago. From tank bowl contenders to Super Bowl contenders. They will be a fun team to watch next season. Also my god the bots in this comment section
I know they had been tanking for a while before this, but going from being "The Tank of Tanks" to one of the most promising teams in the league last year in the span of a single season is an insanely fast turnaround. And the best part is, they're one of the younger teams going into this upcoming season. If they don't regress or run into cap trouble in a few years when the "big boy" contracts need to be signed, the Texans could very easily become a consistent threat for years to come.
I wouldn't call them superbowl contenders just yet....I've lived in Houston long enough to know there is only pain (unless cheating is involved, which even more pain is generated). Shroud has a lot of potential and I love DeMeco Ryans as a coach so far, but they could have one terrible year and all the talent who was ready to play for them just dips.
@UHOH_415 they also had a good line and decent weapons. Imo I'd have stroud and the guys just keep jelling all are young, but for the deal they got not a bad move
Lovie Smith defying Cal McNair and handing Chicago the first overall pick in 2023 was the best thing to happen to the Texans AND the Bears, as well as the worst thing to happen to the Carolina Panthers. Houston legit has SUPER BOWL aspirations... 2 years after being the newest lolcow of the NFL.
Welp, it was nice while it lasted. Time to watch Josh Allen play more heroball because he's got nobody to throw to who's a proper #1, get injured due to him trying to carry games all by himself, and there goes our chances. What the fuck were they thinking? This would be like the Chiefs getting rid of Kelce!
@@w4tt322soo trading away picks to get a diva wr when we could of had Jefferson then overpaying that wr only to trade away more picks to get rid of that dive wr and you think that was a good trade by Beane? 😂
@@w4tt322 I admit he wasn't as great as people say but I'm just pissed we got so little. I'm really hoping this is a long-term strategy because now the only person on our offense any defense needs to be afraid of is Josh Allen.
He will defeat mahomes with the addition of Stefon Diggs and Joe Mixon in the offense and with the upgrade defense of Danielle hunter and denico aurty and tim settle jr also Azeez AL shaair and Jeff Okudah and cj Henderson
I legitimately want Houston to win it all this year..... If for no other reason than to poke more fun at the Cowboys. "A Texas team winning the Super Bowl this century? Boy is football weird"
No pain in Buffalo our 31 wr who didn’t put out at end of yr left to use the Texans as stepping stone to play with his bro. All good if he didn’t wanna be here then good luck. In Beane and 17 we trust! Go Bills!
If I had to put Houston Texans on where they can be in the playoffs, it'll be passed the 1st round & right to an AFC title run. With this core. I doubt the AFC wouldn't be turned into a sacrificial ground to the football gods
We are in the matrix. Empire of teams are collapsing (Bills, Buccaneers, Eagles, Seahawks, Steelers, Broncos, Bengals, Cowboys) then these poverty franchises are out here like (the Commies, Lions, Falcons, Texans, Saints, Cleveland, Raiders) "We gunna run the playoffs 😂
Did you just say build a statue of lobby Smith, the man that cheated us out of the first round pick f**k it let’s win because I’m not gonna be here next year f**k no
They won't lose in the afc championship with the addition of Stefon Diggs and Joe Mixon and also Azeez AL shaair shaair Jeff Okudah and cj Henderson and Danielle hunter and denico aurty and tim settle jr on their team
I can't shake the feeling that this may have been a mistake for Houston. Diggs is nearing his mid 30's and disappears in big moments outside of the Minneapolis miracle. Where he got lucky the defender had a derp moment.
Ya its a young hungry team adding a selfish wr that's a known locker room cancer is not a good ideal but Diggs will probably put on his act long enough to get extended then start throwing his fits 😂
@@w4tt322 From Sporting News: "The beauty of when the Texans acquired Diggs, though, is that there is no more guaranteed money left on his deal after 2024. Diggs' entire base salary of $18.5 million this season is guaranteed, but the Texans can move off of Diggs for nothing in 2025 or later if the partnership doesn't work out, according to Over the Cap." Bills are still paying around 31 million of his salary for 2024. Caserio fleeced 'em
@@w4tt322 Texans are only paying ~$19m of his contract, and can move on from him for free anytime after this year. Bills are still stuck with like $31m in dead cap for him. Caserio robbed 'em
I mean, he's not like Randy Moss or someone I can see changing how the team works. He had like 10 dropped passes in the last 4 games they played this year in massively big moments. He could easily fall flat from just getting old.
@blindfire3167 He will perform and shine with houston in big moments In the playoffs and propelled houston to the superbowl this year . Also he will get revenge on the chiefs in the postseason
I'm glad he's gone dude was a cry baby and averaged 48 yards a game last year and that's not receiver 1 caliber and he was dropping everything especially in the playoffs
Washed up diva receiver, going to show. How are overrated he is. Overrated quarterback is going to show his true stripes and not being any MVP conversations anymore.
