Cool video! 😊 Wouldn't something like an Akai LPD8 be a great addition? You still have 8 knobs for controlling FX3 and FX4, and you can Midi Map the Pads with Hold and Direct settings to play a certain value of Beatmasher only whilst holding down the Pad. I'm not a pro in Midi Mapping or the LPD8 possibilities but I think you can add different banks to the LPD8 pads, so it won't be exclusively useable only for Beatmasher Effect is you program the Pads in other banks for other type of (effect) functions.
I’m not sure if it has 12’o’clock position, and to me it doesn’t look convenient to have buttons not close to knobs in case I want to use effects manually 🙂. But that’s the beauty of Traktor - you can customize whatever controller to suit your needs 😅
I like to see a tutorial on mapping keps to stems. I have the S3 Mk3 and I have not been able to map NUO stems I made from the demo successfully. SInce NO ONE know when Ni will have Stems Like Serato , Rekorbox, and Engine DJ , I thought NUO stems would be an options. The things that separate the use of stems from other Serato, Rekorbox,, Engine DJ is that stems are availble on the fly vs that NUO where you prepare tracks in advance to use. Traktor is lagging so I would like to subscribe to NUO stems bit not until I see it work with S3 Mk3 of which NUO wasn't ideally made for. NUO stems is designed more of fit of the Traktor S4 MK3.
