Yes, any of your parents can do it for you but it most not be you. Because is their signature that is needed on it, not yours, they are the one to testify that your age is correct because they know, and when the lawyer comes for verification in your house he will ask the person that did the declaration to sign, then he will compare both signatures. Note the person doing the declaration of age for you is doing it with his or her name on it alongside your name. When he gets to the court there is a place on the form he will write is own name as your mother or father, there is a provision where your name will also be written.

Yes it is compulsory, note every school have their own principles. So check your school if they require it, if they do go ahead and do it and if they don't then u don't need to write it

There is no age limit, and as a married woman you need your marriage certificate from the government then authenticate and legalize it. I list the other documents u need in the video, watch all my videos then u will understand the whole process

Goodday, I don’t understand what you said on the declaration and the attestation for the Birth Certificate(NPC). I have my birth certificate from NPC that I did in Lagos 2012 or so, do I still need to go do the attestation/declaration in court for my birth Certificate or I will just carry my Birth Certificate like that to the embassy during the verification of documents process??. Thank you
I will suggest you do another one because the embassy will request for declaration of age you use to get the NPC, and the declaration of age must be signed by your mum or dad. So just do another one afresh
Please I want to submit application to Vienna University today for an MSC program? Would I need to upload a copy of my CV? Also, is application fee required?
I have not applied there before so I don't really know if u are to pay application fee but some of d schools are free. And I don't think u need CV but motivational letter is necessary and a standard one for that matter

Please can the Attestation of Letter gotten from My University which I graduated from replace these two letters you mentioned Eligibility letter, Admission Certificate. If Yes, Do I also need to Authenticate and legalize the letter at both ministries MoE and MoFA.
