Have you heard of use of hawthorn to increase circulation and reduce swelling to help wound healing?

ive had cold feet and hands since i waS A CHILD . is thEre such a thing as NATURAL small veins in that area? IVE HAD RECENT BUNION SURGERY THAT SEEMS TO BE HEALING QUITE WELL ..EVEN THOUGH MY FOOT PULSE IS NOT VERY STRONG ACCORDING TO MY DPM.
