Experience the nostalgia of Sheringham's 1940's weekend, graciously hosted by North Norfolk Railway and organized by the town's carnival committee. Although I could only attend Sheringham this year, the atmosphere was electric as Poppy Line stations at Sheringham, Holt, and Cromer welcomed thousands of visitors. Witness the grand parade and relive the golden age of steam through vibrant costumes and music from a bygone era. This vlog captures the essence of the event, complementing the photographs taken on this memorable day. Stay tuned for next year's coverage of Holt and Weybourne. A heartfelt thank you to the dedicated volunteers, organizers, sponsors, and helpers who make this event possible.

My comments did not get through. Fave bits.. The bit about 9 mins in with special effects and the ad whilst you were lunching. Great video full of atmosphere and a fantastic advert for the event and provides the less able of us to capture it. Xxxx 😘 ❣️

We love the events in Sheringham for sure! It's a great place and the Heritage Railway is an asset and accessible from the national rail network. I believe there are 17 trains from the Network Rail system a day from Norwich to Sheringham so you do not need an automobile to get there
