Hello SIr, I would really appreciate it if you could clarify more on how to write and upload 2 Motivation Letters. As far as I can tell there is 1 space to write it for both universities, so I cannot specifically address to one, I'm really confused...

I think there is a glitch in the application system, normally, there should be two separate boxes to type in each motivation letter for different universities and program chosen. Now, I will advise you to type in a general motivation letter in the box provide in the Motivation tab. Then, go to the documents section and upload each motivation letter in the space provided. Make sure to name these letters with respect to each university or program. You're welcome.

I got a " Conditionally awarded" from SH and I didn't upload a language certificate. I want to know that If I upload the certificate that under the B2 level then I will get rejection from of the school? This task will only appear in your application if you apply for a doctoral programme and your selected doctoral school requires a statement of supervisor. Some doctoral schools request students applying for their doctoral programmes to have a supervisor at the Host Institution, who, in the case of a successful application, will undertake the supervising of the student’s doctoral education and research activities within the frameworks of the doctoral programme chosen by the applicant. Please read carefully all the requirements of your selected study programme by clicking on its name or contact the Stipendium Hungaricum Coordinator of your selected host university. Here you can find the contact list (below Study Finder): stipendiumhungaricum.hu/study-finder/ In case it is required by the doctoral programme you are applying for, a statement of acceptance issued by the supervisor must be attached to the application till 15 March 2023 at the latest. Please make sure whether the doctoral programme you are applying for requires a statement of acceptance. If you cannot upload the Statement of the Supervisor until 31 January 2023, please upload a signed declaration to this task directly. In the statement you need to declare that you will upload the Statement of the Supervisor until 15 March 2023.

Hello , Please help me out with those questions i need to apply to my information to my country before the 5th, So i need to make sure everything is okay 1- I have chosen to study a program in english in Corvinus university, so the full program is going to be in English. There is a space in the application where you can type in the motivation letter for different institutions. Regarding the document section, you can just upload a general motivation for study in Hungary explaining your aims, reasons for wanting to studying Hungary, etc. Hope you understand?

You got two letters for two different universities, right? If that's the case, I think you should Label or title these letters with respect to each university. You should have the names of each university on the corresponding letter. If however that's not the case, I'll recommend you contact each university for guidance. From the Call to Application for PhD: "Some doctoral schools request students applying for their doctoral programmes to have a supervisor at the Host Institution, who, in the case of the successful application process, will undertake the supervising of the student’s doctoral education and research activities within the frameworks of the doctoral programme chosen by the applicant. In case it is required by the doctoral programme you are applying for, a statement of acceptance issued by the supervisor must be attached to the application. Please make sure whether the doctoral programme you are applying for requires a statement of acceptance."

First, This application is not yet open. When the application opens, You will need to meet the sending Partner's requirements first - and For Nigerians, It is the Federal scholarship board. Then You will also apply to universities in Hungary - You need to also meet their requirements - If they require any English Exam, then you will have to provide it

All documents should be submitted latest by January 16. However, some documents such as medical certificate, school certificate, and passport can be submitted after Jan. 16 if they are not available now. For the passport issue: You can fill in your national id info, then you submit a declaration stating that you will submit your passport later. Once you get your passport, you can then upload it.

Hello Sir! I have a question, I want to apply for this scholarship next year and I am now in high school, a music college and I want to clarify one question about Transcript of Records. Do I have to provide records only from high school? Not from 1st grade ? And one more question about that. I have no diploma yet and I will recieve all my records only next year in july or august.( now i am in 11 th grade in a high school where studying lasts 12 grades) but the deadline for transcript is in january. The last date for the scholarship is 15th Jan, however USAT in pakistan will be conducted on 28th Jan 2024 which is after that. If i apply for the scholarship and sumbit my test score as soon as I receive it, will i still be considered for the application?

The medical certificate will only be available to you if you're nominated by your sending partner. The deadline for uploading This document after nomination is 15th April, 2023. The template for the medical certificate including the list of required attachments to this task will be uploaded to the Mandatory Medical Certificate task in the online application system. You will be able to download the template from the Task after logging in to your account and opening the Mandatory Medical Certificate task
