Hello there, I don't think the heroes skills are active in underground. When I used wacko resonated with hank or just hank alone, the results are the same. However, I would encourage you test it out. Make an infected mist attack with wacko resonated with your top infantry hero and separately do the same without wacko resonated with your top infantry hero. Do share your result. Thanks.

I tested both war talents and eco talent. I had no differences with my results. On the safe side I would recommend sticking to war talent.
