Oh I'm so glad to hear that! The tax refunds and new mother's subsidy was something that I learnt that I qualified for, so thanks to the making of this video we are actually going to be getting back a significant amount of VAT back! 😍
Enjoy Serbia very cultured kind people beautiful cities, town, nature, and very nice to people that accept and appreciate Serbia ,Thank You Liz ,an amazing person, many blessings 👸🎇🙂🇷🇸❤️💙🤍👌
great job on such a useful video!!! Due to restrictions on foreigners buying agricultural land, I had to buy my property in Sumadija through a DOO which added a layer of complication, but that's just me and my Suma life.
Wow, it is just a brilliant presentation of everything that i, as a buyer of house, is going to take care of!! Thanks a lot! Just one this video is enough to understand the overall process. Big thanks to lawyers that are participating in video!
Luckily I knew most of this in a roundabout sort of way as watched several videos on this topic. You did a great job in simplifying it Liz and thanks. I am moving from Sydney to Nis soon, fingers crossed to be with my Mrs, and has taken me 5 yrs and now things are getting much closer. 99% packed and just sorting the finances. Cannot wait to get to Serbia and leave Oz and be with my Mrs, finally, and never to return to Oz. Once I get my Super in a few years, I'll be canceling my Oz citizenship....that is how much I am over this country.
@@lizlearnsserbian Oh tell me about it Liz lol. Some of my friends/contacts are never sober and they always ask me to join them when I am there........i will say, i so miss being over there. My Mrs, the food, music, lingo etc......the whole vibe ....and i am sure you know what i mean 🙂
Out of curiosity why Oz got so bad? It's hard to believe life would be better in Serbia than in Australia? Could you share your thoughts. I would really appreciate it.
This was great help, thanks a bunch for sharing 👍 I wonder if if lawyers can do all on your behalf under power of attorney? Though she is a certified translator, I imagine she couldn't be your interpreter in this case due to conflict of interests. One last point as you know Serbian well, why would a translator be required at the notary office?
First question is for Tamara and Aleks Tamara was only translating my documents for me And for the last question, I didn't have a translator for the notary, I just included that section in because this video would be of help for other foreigners ☺️
Hi there, you will have more end to end support with a lawyer. They have your best interest in mind. The real estate agents are motivated by getting you to buy something expensive so they can earn a big commission on the sale.
I have a video in post-production at the moment on getting your citizenship via opening a business/employment/being an "entrepreneur". It will not cover unfortunately other means of getting citizenship. This is the 2023 video, the 2024 version is awaiting some additional material from my lawyer that I worked with but once I get that, it will be uploaded onto my channel ☺️ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-OdjuKlqQjCw.htmlsi=GnccSPMkIJPsHAL4
Thank you so much Liz for all informations in this video ! i had so many questions about this topic and i found answer here ! So i would like to know if for stranger if it possible to contract a loan in Serbia for a property or impossible ?
Our pleasure ☺️ I remember doing some initial research on this topic about 4 years ago. I believe you must be a citizen to get a loan, however it's better to check with your lawyer or perhaps with Tamara or Aleks (from the video). I am, at the end of the day, a random, unqualified person on the internet haha...
@@lizlearnsserbian I will follow your advice and contact them once my project is viable ! Since November I have been planning to leave France for Serbia and having found you and followed your adventure has helped me enormously and given me confidence and courage to undertake my life differently. And for that I can never thank you enough for sharing this with us!
Aint nobody going through all that, not even Serbians, that’ll take years over there, pay the lawyer, sleep peacefully 😂😂😂, 20 sec video P.S It was a interesting tho, congrats 🎉🎊
I think the Australian Serbs would disagree 😅 The amount of times I've told people that I'm from Australia and Serbs telling me that they have family in my home country is ridiculously high. They also all have dual citizenship.
@@lizlearnsserbian Interesting, you dont trade your native Asian land for land of Serbs, but you trade land of Aboriginals and Brits for land of Serbs. That doesnt seems fair, looks like if one pay bill with someone elses wallet. And wasnt Asia in last century for decolonization from foreign colonists? We all supported that in ex Yugoslavia. But now seems like that was false, that you like colonization, just you dont like others to colonize your land but you to colonize others lands...
@@alexandartheserb7861 Lol, so my parents left Vietnam by row boat because their country was worn torn after the conclusion of the Vietnam war that, lasted 20 years. They were one of the lucky boats that did not sink, get kidnapped/raped/killed by Thailand pirates or did not resort to cannibalism. My mum witnessed a boat picked up where a man had eaten everyone else on the boat and went crazy. Anyway, they were then stationed for a long time in an immigration camp in Indonesia, not knowing what was going to happen at the time. My mum was 17 at the time, my father 23. They applied to be sent to Australia, not knowing anything about the country, but it, at the time, had the shortest waiting times and she had 4 younger sisters as well as 3 older siblings and the family wanted to stay together. Serbs did the same in the 90s, they escaped a war torn country to try to make a better life for their children. Viet and Serbs immigrants in Australia grew up sometimes in the same suburbs. Treated unequally, not knowing the language and facing racism. Both Serbs and Viets kept their focus on their children. Sacrificing the happiness of one generation for the next. Aussie Serbs and Vietnamese Aussies are the result of the sacrifice that that generation made. I am extremely proud of both races. Growing up in a neighbourhood of poor immigrants. Because of them, I was able to have the life that we have today and the freedom to move to another country, not because of war, but motivated by love.
@@lizlearnsserbian Yea, but what is wrong with you Vietnamies if you dont have Serbs in your land, but Serbs should have Vietnamies on their? Is it fair me to dont have citizenship of your land and you to have of mine? If Serbs knew about Vietnam war, did Vietnamies knew back in time about Serbs in WWI or WWII? I doubt... I dont see fair relation just selfish interests of one side. And its not Serbian side since I am not in Vietnam... I see you are positive person, but anyone would be nice when receiving for free someting from others. But that doesnt make one person Good...
Upoznali smo srpsku zajednicu u Vijetnamu, oni uče našu decu engleski, pošto Srbi jako dobro pričaju engleski ☺️ i rade takođe kao fudbalski treneri, Vijetnamci i Srbi to imaju zajedničko...
