Step by step guide to change a tap/ BIB cartridge tap (DIY Singapore) 

Having trouble with leaking tap?
DO IT YOURSELF to see whether is more cost efficient. This video guide will teach you how to replace tap cartridge valve or replacing the whole bib tap.
Cost:
Tap cartridge: $8.90
Or Whole tap: $15.90
Teflon tap: $0.50
Tool needed:
Adjustable spanner
Adjustable Piler
Screwdriver
Penknife
Took me about estimated 15 mins in total to change the tap excluding time to go hardware shops to find the replacement cartridge.
You can change only the cartridge valve to save the earth instead of the whole tap. Moreover, it also cost cheaper than replacing the whole tap.
