How’s it. I have 2 questions. In terms of ventilation after how many days during the brooding period do we open the curtains for air circulation I live in Zimbabwe so the weathers quite hot. Second being in terms of a lighting program you said we feed the birds for 24 hours in the first 3 weeks? Is there no lighting program you use for the birds to rest? If so what is it like? Thank you
It depends on the prevailing weather actually. But there are times I've had to raise the curtains after 3 days. I start by raising just 1 or 2 sides, and we move gradually until they are given the whole real estate

Iam following your teachings from Namibia n i have 100 broilers at week 3 n4 they giving me a problem like they want to paralyse n just freeze making a loud sound but at giving it water n sugar it becomes normal again what can be the cause?

However, the first time I decided to try a self-raised broiler, and process it well. It was good. Moreover, if you eat out, chances are that you have been served same age chicken before. And to correct the myth. You don't need any growth hormone to make chickens grow bigger and faster. I practice organic poultry farming for the chickens I eat. So I know I am eating healthy chicken. Lastly, for one reason or another, people eat young animals. You should be aware that the lean meat from a young calf is highly beneficial to the human body. Even these animals prefer young and succulent plants to forage on. K!ll early or k!ll later in life, there's not a difference to the animal that gets k!lled These things may look insane, but it's definitely not out of this world. Sooner than later, you will join me on this table. 😂

@@robertsonrebecca2121 there is so much chicken left in food stores at each and end of the day's sales. I call that waste due to unnecessary high low quality production. In addition there so many customers who have stopped consuming chicken and meat due to suspicion of these dodgy foods and drugs given to live stocks to grow quicker and fat. In other words farmers are shooting themselves in the foot. In addition people who can afford to bring up their chicken and beef are doing so already to avoid... The easiest thing to do is to give customers the confidence that will bring them back to eating farmers chicken and meat. That means producing quality and not serving them sponge.

But I noticed that agrited broilers sometimes comes with CRD . is there any antibiotics I can use to brood my birds that can cure CRD? (2)secondly is it advicable for me to start mixing Amprol plus or Necrabzine in the feed from day 1 old until till I market it? To prevent coccidiosis (3) Also at second week for treatment/ prevention of white diarrhea and coccidiosis asin Watering white poo,red poo,brown poo, Can I mix Neomycin with sulfaqunoxaline and give? (4) My birds in the first week I do notice brown poo, and all sorts of abnormal poo. Then what do u advice I should do ? (5) Given sulfaqunoxaline at first week will it damage the chicks kidney? (6) What do I do to avoid resistant of a particular medicine because is like when a particular drug is use two times , the third time it will not work again Please sir I will be happy you answer my questions according to numbers please sir.
