Based on what i think, you need to up 2 tiers before you can start booking the shift system.

Hi i encountered some problem when login in the driver apps. Although i have just went to the tampines industrial to collect my item and finish the whole registration there but when i downloaded the apps its still says i'm not registered. Have anyone face this problem before? Do i have to wait a few more days before my account was fully activated?

Maybe it takes time for their system to update. Try giving it a day or two or else contact grab. For what i know grab sometimes takes quite a while.

Just wait 1-3 business days to get activated. Remember weekends are not included so just be patient

Hi bro i also just signed up for grab food doing part time. Can i ask is there a need to complete the two courses ah since im just doing part time haha like if i dont do the two skills courses at NP is there much difference and can i still do the deliveries?

There is no difference between full time and part time though so still must complete the neccessary courses in order to start doing grab.

@@Jefilmsg The coursed i am referring to is the skill courses that must ownself sign up and attend in person one. Not the small ones in grab academy haha
